Who We’re Looking For
This is a performance-led role for:
experienced face-to-face fundraising team leaders,
utilities and telecoms field sales leaders,
commercially strong field sales professionals with experience managing or developing small to medium-sized teams.
The Role
As a Senior Face-to-Face Fundraising Team Leader, you will support the growth, performance and culture of a local fundraising team representing Air Ambulance charity partners within the community.
Alongside maintaining strong personal fundraising performance, you will:
lead, support and develop fundraisers,
assist with onboarding and ongoing coaching,
maintain professional and compliance standards,
and contribute towards building stable, high-performing local teams.
This is a well-rewarded, target-driven commercial position suited to individuals who are:
comfortable leading from the front and leading by example,
commercially aware,
resilient and self-motivated,
professional in their communication and presentation,
organised and dependable,
comfortable working within field-based fundraising environments.
You will work closely with the wider fundraising management structure and receive ongoing leadership development, industry-leading training and progression opportunities within the business.
Before leading campaigns, you will spend time learning directly about the charity and the communities your teams represent so you can help build genuine, professional ambassadors for the cause.
