Do I need sales experience?

Obviously it is an advantage if you have worked in sales before, but if you are a kind and positive person who enjoys chatting with other people – this could be a great position for you. Don’t worry, we will make sure you are fully trained and feel confident and happy fundraising for our charities.


What kind of training will I get?

You will get specific training from each charity so you talk about their missions and how they help people. You will receive sales training and support materials you can use when in the field. You will also receive special training on how to deal with vulnerable people such as those with Alzheimer's, money issues or addiction.

How many hours are required if I am self-employed?

You can do as many hours as you like. This is great if you are a busy mum who just wants to do a few deals while your kids are at school or maybe you’re retired and work a few hours a week. Of course, the more hours you do, the more you earn, and with our great pay rates – you can do a realistic £45k if you work full-time.



Will I get a uniform?

You will get a lanyard with the charity branding on it so you can identify yourself to the public. Most of our partner charities also provide branded T’Shirts and other items of clothing for all weathers’



Why are there limited Committed Giving Jobs?

We currently have more jobs available for charity lottery fundraising – it simply depends where you live to whether we have a position available.



How does the Committed Giving Pay Scheme Work?

Our Lottery and Committed Giving Employed packages are paid monthly and include a guaranteed basic wage as well as monthly bonuses. There are also quarterly bonuses for those who work on Committed Giving only.

Our Self Employed Packages are very flexible to suit full and part time hours and are commission based, with weekly pay.
